About

The Eustis Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families, and farm workers.


Please Note: The waiting list for one bedroom apartments is closed.



This housing authority offers two apartment communities:
1. The Eustis Housing Authority apartment community offers 60 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
2. Tall Pines is a 56 unit apartment community primarily for farm worker, but due to the diminished farm worker population they are using it for low income families. If a farm worker does apply, he will get preference.


To apply for public housing you can download the application here, to print and complete.


Once the application has been completed it must be hand delivered on Wednesday's, between the hours of 1pm and 4pm, the office is located at 1000 Wall St. #60, Eustis, FL 32726. Be sure to include these original documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, marriage certificates or divorce decree, court documents for any child under the applicants custody, and a Florida Drivers license or Florida State ID for all adult household members.
