Milton Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Milton Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications from unconfirmed open date, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply for public housing

1. Call 850-623-8216 to request an application be mailed to you.
2. Apply in person at the MHA office, located at 5668 Byrom St., Milton, FL 32570, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
