The Gainesville Housing Authority (GHA) Public Housing waiting list for 2, and 3-Bedroom apartments at the properties listed below is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from September 8, 2020, until September 11, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for residency at the following properties:

• Caroline Manor SE, 25th Terrace, Gainesville, FL 32641
• Eastwood Meadows, 925 SE 43rd St., Gainesville, FL 32641
• Forest Pines, NE 25th St., Gainesville, FL 32641
• Lake Terrace, SE 26th Terrace., Gainesville, FL 32641
• Pine Meadows, 2626 E University Ave., Gainesville, FL 32641
• Woodland Park, 1900 SE 4 St., Gainesville, FL 32641

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
