The Key West Housing Authority (KHA) is accepting Senior Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Senior Citizen Plaza from September 28, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Senior Citizen Plaza Apartments - located at 1400 Kennedy Drive, Key West, FL - Offering 1-Bedroom units.

Please note: "To qualify for this property, the household must not exceed two members. The primary applicant must be at least 62 years of age."

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

There are preferences, and they are listed on the application.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
