2 and 3-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Plant City Housing Authority (PCHA) last accepted waiting list for Public Housing waiting list applications from July 10, 2024, until an adequate pool of applications were received. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $53,500 | 5 Persons $82,550
• 2 Persons $61,150 | 6 Persons $88,650
• 3 Persons $68,800 | 7 Person $92,750
• 4 Persons $76,400 | 8 Persons $100,850

Preferences

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Currently working at least 30 hours per week for the past 6 months
• Due to natural disaster or catastrophe

Selection Process

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list. 

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
