Arcadia Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Arcadia Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.This housing authority offers two apartment communities with 130 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply for public housing you must visit the housing authority to pick up an application, located at 7 Booker T. Washington Rd., Arcadia, FL 34266, during normal office hours.Once the application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, proof of all income, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.This housing authority does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: elderly, disabled, or homeless.For more information the housing authority can be reached by calling (863) 494-4343, during normal office hours.
