3rd & 11th Townhomes Public Housing Waiting List

The Rock Island Housing Authority (RIHA) Public Housing waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at 3rd & 11th Townhomes is closed.

The RIHA last accepted applications for this waiting list as of December, 2021, until the earliest confirmed date of March 31, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the application has been completed, it must be retuned to the RIHA office, located at 227 21st Street Rock Island, IL 61201. RIHA will not accept applications via fax or email.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Domestic Violence
• Veterans of the US Armed Forces
• Working Family

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
