Wrangell Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) Family Public Housing waiting list for Wrangell is currently open, since at least July, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

Please note: The AHFC does not offer a Senior/Disabled Public Housing program for Wrangell.

To apply, download and print the application online. Scroll down to the "Wrangell" row, and select the "Application" link under the "AHFC-OWNED HOUSING" column.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to:P.O. Box 950Wrangell, AK 99929-0950
2. Hand delivered to:720 Zimovia Highway, Ste. 107
