Seward Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) Senior/Disabled Public Housing waiting list for Seward is currently open, since at least July, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

Please note: The AHFC does not offer a Family Public Housing program for Seward.

To apply, download and print the application online. Scroll down to the "Seward" row, and select the "Application" link under the "AHFC-OWNED HOUSING" column.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to:P.O. Box 1475Seward, AK 99664-1475
2. Hand delivered to:200 Lowell Canyon Rd.
