Highland Park Plaza, Oak Park Plaza, Eastview Manor and Southview Manor Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Des Moines Municipal Housing Agency Public Housing waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Highland Park Plaza, Oak Park Plaza, Eastview Manor and Southview Manor is currently open. 

The DMMHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of May 13, 2022, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application here.
2. Pick up the application from the DMMHA's administrative office, located at 2309 Euclid Avenue Des Moines, Iowa 50310.

Once the application is completed, it must be returned DMMHA's administrative office, address mentioned above.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Victim of physical violence; Victim of hate crime; Victim of natural disaster; Involuntarily displaced; Working.

Selected applicants are placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
