Royal View Manor Public Housing Waiting List

The Des Moines Municipal Housing Agency Public Housing waiting list for Efficiency and 1-Bedroom apartments at Royal View Manor is closed.

The DMMHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of May 12, 2022, until May 31, 2022.  There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Pick up the application from the DMMHA's administrative office.

Once the application was completed, it was returned DMMHA's administrative office.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Victim of physical violence; Victim of hate crime; Victim of natural disaster; Involuntarily displaced; Working.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
