Housing Authority of Somerset Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Somerset (HAS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.

The HAS offers one Public Housing community with 215 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.

To apply, follow this link to submit an online pre-application.

Once the pre-application has been submitted, be sure to write down the confirmation number for future reference.

The HAS does not have a preference.

Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
