Housing Authority of Cadiz Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Cadiz (HAC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAC offers one Public Housing community with 75 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the HAC to pick up a pre-application, located at 117 Lincoln Ave, Cadiz, KY 42211, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.2. Request to have a pre-applicaiton mailed to you by calling (270) 522-3916, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
