The Housing Authority of Manchester (HAM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAM offers one Public Housing community with 32 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAM to pick up a pre-application, located at 306 Town Branch Rd, Manchester, KY 40962, from 8:00 am until 11:30 am, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 11:30 am, Monday-Friday.No documents are needed at this time.The HAM does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the HAM office at (606) 598-3884, from 7:00 am until 12:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
