Housing Authority of Williamstown Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Williamstown (HAW) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAW offers one Public Housing community with 30 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.To apply, you must call the HAW at 859-823-1511 to schedule an appointment to fill out a pre-application at the office.  The HAW office is located at 514 Helton Heights, Williamstown, KY 41097.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, if receiving Social Security or SSI you will need to bring in the award letter, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income. All adult household members must be present  when applying for Public Housing.The HAW does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Williamstown or a veteran.For more information, call the HAW office at 859-823-1511, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
