Housing Authority of McCreary County Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of McCreary County (HAMC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAMC offers one Public Housing community with 71 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAMC to pick up a pre-application, located at 488 E Highway 92 #400, Pine Knot, KY 42635, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 11:30 am, on Wednesdays.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, three personal references, list of previous landlords for the last five years, photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, and bank statements.
