Housing Authority of Berea Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Berea (HAB) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAB offers one Public Housing community with 60 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAB office to submit a pre-applicaiton, located at 110 Orchard St, Berea, KY 40403, from 9:30 am until 11:30 am, on Mondays, and on Thursdays from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, information for two references that are not related, and information for current landlord.Preferences were note identified.For more information, call the HAB office at (859) 986-4436, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, and on Fridays from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.
