Housing Authority of Franklin Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Franklin (HAF) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAF offers one Public Housing community with 108 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAF to submit a pre-application in person, located at 1301 Crestmore Dr, Franklin, KY 42134, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when applying for Public Housing.The HAF does have a preference for applicants that are working or live and/or work in Franklin.For more information, call the HAF office at (270) 586-8500 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
