Fort Fairfield Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Fort Fairfield Housing Authority (FFHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The FFHA offers one public housing community for families, and one public housing community dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the FFHA to pick up an application, located at 18 Fields Lane, Fort Fairfield, ME 04742, during normal office hours.2. Download the application here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, divorce papers if applicable, marriage certificate if applicable, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The FFHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: employed, disabled, elderly, or live and/or work in Fort Fairfield.More information can be found by visiting the FFHA website at http://www.ffha.org, or by calling 207-476-5771 during normal office hours.
