How to Apply

The application may be picked up in person at WHA office, 88 Silver St, Waterville, ME 04901.The application may be printed out from https://www.watervillehousing.org/_files/ugd/fa8145_2a9459e988b0479ea470357c5952dd75.pdf.

The Waterville Housing Authority (WHA) Public Housing waiting list for 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments is currently open.

The WHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of December 28, 2022, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

Print the application available online.
Pick up an application in person at the WHA office located at 88 Silver St, Waterville, ME 04901
Call 207-873-2155 to request an application, from 8:00 am, until 4:00 pm ET.

It is not yet known how to submit the paper application after it is completed.

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
