2-3 Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

Housing Authority of the City of Brewer (HACB) Public Housing waiting list for 2 and 3 Bedroom units, is currently open. This waiting list opened on August 1, 2017, and is open indefinitely.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application at the HACB office, located at 5 Colonial Circle, Suite 1, Brewer, ME 04412.
2. Request an application by calling (207) 989-7890.

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed or hand delivered to the address above.

Please note: The HACB prefers applicants apply in person so all necessary documents are provided, and all required information has been provided on the application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly; disabled; family (more than 1 person lives in the household); resident of Brewer Eddington, Holden , or Orrington; working 35+ hours per week or full-time student.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
