Housing Authority of the City of Old Town Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Old Town (HACOT) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACOT offers two public housing communities for families and one public housing community dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Download the application here, then print and complete.2. Visit the HACOT to pick up an application, located at 358 Main St., P.O. Box 404, Old Town, ME 04468, during normal office hours.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed.Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, verification of assets, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACOT does not have a preference: Your application is placed by date and time received.More information can be found by visiting the HACOT website at http://www.oldtownhousing.net/, or by calling 207-827-6151 during normal office hours.
