The Marshall Housing Authority (MHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The MHA offers one Public Housing community with 224 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the MHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 275 S Redman Ave # 1, Marshall, MO 65340, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
  2. Request a pre-application be mailed to you by calling (660) 886-9664, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, Photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The MHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the MHA office at (660) 886-9664 from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
