Chillicothe Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Chillicothe Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The CHA offers one Public Housing community with 98 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the CHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 320 Park Ln., Chillicothe, MO 64601, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The CHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Chillicothe.For more information, call the CHA office at (660) 646-3215 from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
