Richland Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Richland Housing Authority (RHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The RHA offers one Public Housing community with 93 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the RHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 215 S Walnut St., Richland, MO 65556 during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, and savings/checking statements.The RHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the RHA office at (573) 765-3448 during normal office hours.
