Kennett Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Kennett Housing Authority (KHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The KHA offers three Public Housing communities with 300 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the KHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 900 Kennett St., Kennett, MO 63857, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, you must attend the appointment on the date noted by the KHA when the pre-application was picked up.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and a government or state issued ID for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, call the KHA office at (573) 888-4612 from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
