Chaffee Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Chaffee Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The CHA offers one Public Housing community with 145 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.To apply, visit the CHA to submit a pre-application in person, located at 904 S 2nd St., Chaffee, MO 63740, from 8:00 am until 11:00 am CT; and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to bring these documents when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The CHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the CHA office at (573) 887-3768 from 8:00 am until 11:45 am; and 1:00 pm until 4:45 pm, Monday-Friday.
