Cabool Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Cabool Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.Please note: The CHA does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households.The CHA offers one Public Housing community with 36 units for families, ranging in size from 2 to 3 bedrooms.To apply, visit the CHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 6B Cedar Bluff Ave., Cabool, MO 65689, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all household members aged 16 or older, Social Security benefit letter (if applicable), child support statement (if applicable), food stamp award letter (if applicable), and proof of all income.The CHA does have a preference for: Working Families.For more information, call the CHA office at (417) 962-3050 from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
