0, 1 and 2-Bedroom, Elderly Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Phillipsburg Housing Authority (PHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 0, 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of May 6, 2024, until further notice.

Please note: "at least 62 years of age or older or 55 years of age and older and collecting Social Security Benefits."

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
