2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Phillipsburg Housing Authority (PHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments from July 1, 2024, until 50 applications were received for the 2 and 3-bedroom units and 25 applications for the 4-bedroom units. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
