Holly Berry Court Apartments, 2 and 3-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Millville Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Holly Berry Court Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 30, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Holly Berry Court - located at 1153 Holly Berry Lane, Millville, New Jersey 08332.

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

• Disability
  • A preference for a family who includes a family member who is a person with disabilities. However, there cannot be a preference for a specific disability.
• Veteran of the United States Armed Forces
  • Only veterans discharged or released from active duty in the armed forces under honorable conditions are eligible for veterans' preference.
• Ranking
  • Any family terminated from the MHA HCV program due to insufficient program funding receives the highest selection preference. Families who qualify for a disability preference are the next highest selection preference.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
