Cedarview Court, Jaycee Plaza and Riverview West, 1-Bedroom Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Millville Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Cedarview Court, Jaycee Plaza and Riverview West Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 30, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Cedarview Court - located at 2045 Wheaton Avenue, Millville, New Jersey 08332.
• Jaycee Plaza - located at 122 East Main Street, Millville, New Jersey 08332.
• Riverview West - located at 100 Riverside Drive, Millville, New Jersey 08332.

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

• Disability
  • A preference for a family who includes a family member who is a person with disabilities. However, there cannot be a preference for a specific disability.
• Veteran of the United States Armed Forces
  • Only veterans discharged or released from active duty in the armed forces under honorable conditions are eligible for veterans' preference.
• Ranking
  • Any family terminated from the MHA HCV program due to insufficient program funding receives the highest selection preference. Families who qualify for a disability preference are the next highest selection preference.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
