Trumbull Homes, Highland Terrace, Rio Terra, Girard Scattered Sites and Hilltop Gardens Public Housing Waiting List

The Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority (TMHA) is accepting Family Public Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Trumbull Homes, Highland Terrace, Rio Terra, Girard Scattered Sites and Hilltop Gardens from the earliest confirmed date of December 18, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties and bedroom sizes:

• Trumbull Homes (includes Fairview): 1-5 bedroom units
• Highland Terrace 2-5 bedroom units (Lancer & Reo Ct 2-3 bedroom.)
• Rio Terra: 2 -3 bedroom units
• Girard Scattered Sites: 2-3, 5 bedroom units
• Hilltop Gardens: 2-3 bedroom units

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Victim of a federally declared disaster.
• Veteran
• Working 
• Currently residing in homeless shelter.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
