Riverview Apartments, Eastview Apartments, Hubbard Manor, Valley West, McKinley Towers and Northview Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority (TMHA) is accepting Elderly and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Riverview Apartments, Eastview Apartments, Hubbard Manor, Valley West, McKinley Towers and Northview from the earliest confirmed date of December 18, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties and bedroom sizes:

• Riverview Apartments (Buckeye), Efficiencies 1 & 2 bedrooms
• Eastview Apartments: 1 bedroom units
• Hubbard Manor: 1 bedroom units
• Valley West: 1 bedroom units
• McKinley Towers: 1 and 2 bedroom units
• Northview: 1 and 2 bedroom units

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Victim of a federally declared disaster.
• Veteran
• Working 
• Currently residing in homeless shelter.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
