Martin Luther King Duplexes Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) Family Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Martin Luther King Duplexes is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on May 20, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list may have the following preferences:

• Disabled
  • Disabled person is defined as a person who is under a disability as defined in Section 223 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. §423), or as defined in the Oklahoma City Housing Authority’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program’s Administrative Plan Chapter 3 Exhibit 3-1 which can be found online at www.ochanet.org.
