Coalgate Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Coalgate Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The CHA offers one Public Housing community with 82 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 3 bedrooms.To apply, visit the CHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 51 Levy Annex, Coalgate, OK 74538, during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The CHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the CHA office at (580) 927-2575 during normal office hours.
