About

The Wetumka Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The WHA offers one Public Housing community with 59 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are three ways to apply:

  1. Visit the WHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 121 N Canadian St, Wetumka, OK 74883, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT; and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (405) 452-3444 from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
  3. Download the pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The WHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, visit the WHA website, or call the office at (405) 452-3444 from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
