Housing Authority of the Caddo Electric Cooperativ Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Caddo Electric Cooperative (HACEC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The wait time for Public Housing is very short.The HACEC offers one Public Housing community with 34 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the HACEC office to pick up a pre-application, located at 116 Hikeba Ln, Lookeba, OK 73053, from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (405) 457-6323, from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, three references that are not related to you, and rental references.The HACEC does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the HACEC office at (405) 457-6323, from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
