Colonial Terrace, Bradford County Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Tioga Bradford Housing and Redevelopment Authority (TBHRA) is accepting Elderly Public Housing waiting list applications for Colonial Terrace April 27, 2023, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the paper application. Select the "Colonial Terrace Application" link.
2. Call (570) 265-3678 Ext: 2 to request an application.

It is not known how the application must be submitted to the TBHRA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
