Fellows Town Apartments, Tioga County Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Tioga Bradford Housing and Redevelopment Authority (TBHRA) last accepted Elderly (62+) Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Fellows Town Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of March 7, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

It was not known how the application were submitted to the TBHRA.

Preferences have not  been confirmed.
