The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 3, 4 and 6-Bedroom apartments at Homewood North Apartments from November 14, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

  • Homewood North (East Side) – 3, 4 and 6-Bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the application is completed, it must be either:

  1. Emailed to [email protected]. 
  2. Faxed to 412-456-5182.
  3. Mailed to the HACP Occupancy Department , located at 412 Blvd. of the Allies, 5th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
  4. Dropped off at the HACP Occupancy Department drop box, located at: 412 Blvd. of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Working
  • Disabled
  • Elderly
  • Veteran

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
