Woodland Terrace Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Lincoln Housing Authority (LHA) Family Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Woodland Terrace is currently open.

The LHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of November, 2021, until further notice.

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 2 Persons $55,400 | 6 Persons $80,300
• 3 Persons $62,300 | 7 Persons $85,850
• 4 Persons $69,200 | 8 Persons $91,350
• 5 Persons $74,750

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Residency in Lincoln, Rhode Island.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
