Lincoln Manor and Manville Manor Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Lincoln Housing Authority (LHA) Elderly and Disabled Public Housing waiting list for Studio, 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Lincoln Manor and Manville Manor is currently open.

The LHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of November, 2021, until further notice.

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $48,450
• 2 Persons $55,400

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Residency in Lincoln, Rhode Island.
• Employment
• Elderly
• Disabled
• Veteran

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
