Lockwood Gardens and Peralta Village Public Housing Waiting List

The Oakland Housing Authority (OHA) Public Housing waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at Lockwood Gardens and Peralta Village is closed.

The OHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from January 17, 2023, until January 31, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Complete an application in person at Lockwood Gardens, Peralta Village or Leased Housing.
3. Call OHA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

125 applicants were placed on the 1-Bedroom waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.

325 applicants were placed on the 2-Bedroom waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.

50 applicants were placed on the 3-Bedroom waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
