Citrus Commons, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Fresno Housing Authority (FHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Citrus Commons Apartments from May 23, 2024, until June 6, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Citrus Commons - located in Orange Cove, CA. Offering 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom units for Families, Farm Labor, Farmworkers and Multifamily.

Please note: According to the FHA notice "One member in the household must be an agricultural worker. Agricultural worker means an individual who receives, or prior to retirement or disability, receives a substantial portion of his/her income from agricultural employment"

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
