Golden Gate Village Public Housing Waiting List

The Marin Housing Authority (MHA) last accepted Family Public Housing waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Golden Gate Village from May 22, 2023, until June 9, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Complete the application in person at the MHA office.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Work/School (8 Points)
• Homeless (Coordinated Entry) (10 Points)
• Veterans (10 Point)
• Involuntary Displaced (10 Points)
• Chronic Homelessness (Coordinated Entry) (4 Points)
• Section 8 Participant (10 Points)

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
