Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) is accepting Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Arlington Court, College Court, Hillside Terrace High-Rise, Lincoln Court, Locust Court, Mitchell Court and Riverview Apartments from December 15, 2021 at 9:00 am CT, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Arlington Court has 1-Bedroom units.
• College Court has 1-Bedroom units.
• Hillside Terrace High-Rise has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
• Lincoln Court has 1-Bedroom units.
• Locust Court has 1-Bedroom units.
• Mitchell Court has 1-Bedroom units.
• Riverview has 1-Bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 person $47,250 | 5 persons $72,900
• 2 persons $54,000 | 6 persons $78,300
• 3 persons $60,750 | 7 persons $83,700
• 4 persons $67,500 | 8 persons $89,100

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Elderly (62+ years of age and older)
• Near elderly (50 - 61 years of age and older), and/or disabled (18 years of age and older)

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
