Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) last accepted Family Public Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Hillside Terrace, Parklawn and Scattered Sites Apartments from December 15, 2021, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Hillside Terrace has 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom units.
• Parklawn has 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.
• Scattered Sites have 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6-Bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 person $47,250 | 5 persons $72,900
• 2 persons $54,000 | 6 persons $78,300
• 3 persons $60,750 | 7 persons $83,700
• 4 persons $67,500 | 8 persons $89,100

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
