Alder Grove 2, 3, 4, and 5-Bedroom Multi-Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) Multi-Family Public Housing waiting list for 2, 3, 4, and 5-Bedroom apartments at Alder Grove is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November, 2019, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, visit to the Alder Grove site, located at 816 Revere Street, Sacramento, CA 95818 to obtain an access code. located at 816 Revere Street, Sacramento, CA 95818. Due to COVID-19, the SHRA offices are closed. The access code can be found on a sign in Community Room window facing Revere Street. Once an access code has been obtained, complete the online application, using the given access code.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Homeless with Services
• Homeless (without services)
• Veteran
• Displaced

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
