Marina Vista 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Multi-Family Public Housing Waiting List

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) Mutli-Family Public Housing waiting list for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Marina Vista is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November 2019, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, visit the Marina Vista site, located at 240 Seavey Circle, Sacramento, CA 95818 to obtain an access code. Due to COVID-19, the SHRA offices are closed. The access code can be found on a sign in the Management Office window, facing Seavey Circle. Once an access code has been obtained, complete the online application, using the given access code.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Homeless with Services
• Homeless (without services)
• Veteran
• Displaced

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
